次の文章を読み，下線部(A)，(B)を英語に訳しなさい。

　(A)人間には，グライダー能力と飛行機能力とがある。受動的に知識を得るのが前者，自分でものごとを発明，発見するのが後者である。両者はひとりの人間の中に同居している。グライダー能力をまったく欠いていては，基本的知識すら習得できない。何も知らないで，独力で飛ぼうとすれば，どんな事故になるかわからない。

　しかし，現実には，グライダー能力が圧倒的で，飛行機能力はまるでなし，という”優秀な”人間がたくさんいることもたしかで，しかも，そういう人も”翔べる”という評価を受けているのである。

　(B)グライダー専業では安心していられないのは，コンピューターという飛び抜けて優秀なグライダー能力のもち主があらわれたからである。自分で翔べない人間はコンピューターに仕事をうばわれる。

(A)　The former is (the ability) to obtain knowledge passively, and the latter is (the ability) to invent or discover things by oneself.　Both are together in one person.

　/　The former is the ability to gain knowledge passively, while the latter is the ability to invent or discover something on their own.　Both abilities exist simultaneously in each of us.

　/　The former ability allows us to acquire knowledge in a passive way, while the latter allows us to invent or discover things for ourselves.　Each human being has both the abilities.

(B)　The reason why people who can only glide cannot be relieved is the arrival of the computer, which is by far the best glider.　Those who cannot fly by themselves will be robbed of their jobs by the computer.

　/　It is the appearance of the computer along with its extraordinarily competent "glider" ability that makes us feel somewhat uneasy if we act just like a "glider."　Those who cannot "fly" on their own will be deprived of their jobs by computers.

　/　We can no longer feel secure if we just have the "glider" ability to gain knowledge passively, because computers, which have an overwhelmingly great "glider" ability, have become commonplace.　If you cannot invent or discover things on your own, you will be replaced with computers.
