I think that specialist teachers should teach English to students. I have several reasons for my opinion. First, generally speaking, specialist teachers have more experience of teaching English to students than homeroom teachers do. So, if they teach, students can learn English more effectively. Second, I think that homeroom teachers are too busy to teach English because they have already been given too much work. If they are free from teaching English, then, they can concentrate on other work. For these reasons, I think English should be taught by specialist teachers rather than by homeroom teachers.
