D. 1 (the venture capital necessary to support)
E. 1 (a sacred part of the human inheritance)
X. What is the problem [ with treating human tissues as goods ] ? (6 words)
Writing Question:
First of all, in my opinion, the use of human tissues should be allowed only for the pure medical and scientific purposes. Even highly valuable human organs such as hearts or livers ought never to be traded for a profit-making purpose, for if such a commercial trade of human organs were permitted, it would be inevitable for malicious people to commit illegal activities such as human trafficking for money. To avoid this, strict international regulations banning buying and selling human organs will be necessary.
Second, in order not to violate personal privacy, all tissue samples including the ones with relatively low value such as hair should be offered with their donors’ consent. These days, more and more people are getting sensitive to the problem of their biometric information being collected and misused against their interests.
For these reasons, I strongly believe that all samples of human tissues should be utilized only for the advancement in medicine and science with donors’ approval.
