Explain what the author thinks about buying books and why he thinks so in about 80 words.

In his opinion, you should not hesitate to buy books if they seem interesting to you. The first reason is that books are generally cheap in Japan, so even if the books you have bought later turn out to be not so interesting as you thought, you don’t have to care about the costs. Second, if you are in the habit of buying a wide variety of books, you can learn a lot from them, such as imagination and creativity. (80 words)
