　I agree to limit people’s freedom of movement during a pandemic.　I have several reasons for that.　First, we should do so in order to save people’s lives.　If we have less contact with each other, we can prevent the spread of infection.　Of course, if we are prohibited from moving freely, it may have a negative effect on the economy.　However, the effect is only temporary, so we should give priority to saving people’s lives.　Second, by limiting people’s movement, we can keep the public order.　During the last pandemic, we often saw people quarreling or fighting each other on the train over the guidelines for the prevention of infection.　If we had limited people’s movement by train, we would have seen such conflicts much less often.　For these reasons, I think people’s freedom of movement should be limited during a pandemic.　(143 words)
