　I think people’s salaries should be based on their job performance and I have two reasons for that.　First, that way of salary payment will motivate many young workers.　In general, Japanese companies tend to pay higher salaries to older workers and lower to younger, so young capable workers are likely to lose their motivation.　But, if they are given a chance to get high salaries, they will be highly motivated.　Second, by doing so, young workers will be more willing to learn new skills, for these skills will improve their job skills.　And that is also good for their company as a whole.　For these reasons, I believe that all workers should be paid their salaries based on their job performance.　(122 words)
