【解答例】

　I don’t think that Japan should encourage older individuals to remain in the workforce longer, and I have some reasons.

　First, if they work longer, young people are robbed of their opportunities to achieve higher positions in their company or get promoted.

　Second, in general, people lose their ability to judge as they get older, so they can make a serious mistake when they stay too long.

　For these reasons, I don’t agree with the idea that older workers should be encouraged to keep working longer.　(86 words)
