People tend to think that humans have only five physiological senses - sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch - but in reality they must have other senses that are not brought by external stimulation or cannot be sorted into the five.

/ Sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch are believed to be all the five senses that human beings have, but there must be more than five, because some senses, such as the sense of body position or sickness, cannot be categorized into any of these.

/ Many people tend to think that we have only five sensory faculties, and "sixth sense" implies some mystical power, but we may also have some other senses which can be demonstrated scientifically, though we may not feel these senses through external stimulation.
