When people have come back from a foreign country, they can experience the second culture shock, feeling as if they were strangers in their own culture and country, which they can hardly avoid because most of them are not ready for it.

/ Reverse culture shock, often more difficult to deal with than standard culture shock due to its unexpectedness, is a phenomenon one may experience in one's own country after living abroad due to a sense of isolation and a feeling that things have changed during one's absence.

/ In addition to the common type of culture shock, you may also have another type of culture shock, which might be more difficult to deal with because you are not ready for it after you come back home and feel alone due to the unexpected indifference of your family or friends to your experience overseas.
