【解答例】

　I think that it is beneficial for workers to change their jobs often. I have two reasons for that. First, by doing so, they can always maintain high motivation for their jobs. When you are interested in various things, it is difficult to keep yourself motivated if you stick to the same job. To stay motivated, you should look for another job in which you are really interested. Second, they can find better working conditions. If you have worked only at the same single office, you cannot tell whether your working condition is good or not compared with other places of work. But, if you experience many working environments, you can judge whether you are in a good working condition or not. For these reasons, I think that changing jobs often gives more benefit to workers.　(136 words)
